The Encyclopedia Herald of Ukraine (Entsykpopedychnyi Visnyk Ukrainy | Енциклопедичний вісник України) is an open-access academic papers publication of NASU Institute of Encyclopedic Research. Founded in 2009.

Focus and Scope
The Herald’s primary focus is articles (researches, reports, reflections, reviews) in encyclopedia studies (encyclopedics), as well as bibliography studies, biography studies, bibliology, archival studies, publishing, etc., and linguistics (lexicography, cognitive linguistics, terminology, etc). Well, these are scolarly fields of history related to the creation of encyclopedias.
Open Access Policy
The Herald is practicing a policy of immediate open access to published content, supporting the principles of the free flow of scientific information and global exchange of knowledge for the general social advance.
Open access is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY. It permits unrestricted re-use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
Peer Review Process
Peer review is designed to ensure the originality and significance of the published studies. Two external reviewers are assigned to each submitted manuscripts for the journal research articles. Reflections, reports, review articles are peer reviewed casually (by solution of Editor in Chief).
The legal basis for publishing ethics are the next international and national standards:
