The Encyclopedia Herald of Ukraine (Entsykpopedychnyi Visnyk Ukrainy | Енциклопедичний вісник України) is an open-access academic papers publication of NASU Institute of Encyclopedic Research. Founded in 2009.

Focus and Scope
The Herald’s primary focus is articles (researches, reports, reviews) in encyclopedia studies (encyclopedics), as well as bibliography studies, biography studies, bibliology, archival studies, publishing, etc., and linguistics (lexicography, cognitive linguistics, terminology, etc). Well, these are scolarly fields related to the creation of encyclopedias.
Open Access Policy
The Herald is practicing a policy of immediate open access to published content, supporting the principles of the free flow of scientific information and global exchange of knowledge for the general social advance. Users are free to read, download, copy and distribute the content for educational and scientific purposes with obligatory indication of authorship.
Open access is regulated by Law of Ukraine On Copyright and Related Rights (3792-12).
Peer Review Process
Peer review is designed to ensure the originality and significance of the published studies. Two external reviewers are assigned to each submitted manuscripts for the journal research articles.
