Focus and Scope
The Herald's primary focus is publishing of results of the scientific studies, analytical investigations, and reviews in the encyclopedia science (encyclopedics), as well as auxiliary sciences of history (bibliography studies, biography studies, bibliology, archival studies, lexicography, publishing, etc.).
Open Access Policy
The Herald is practicing a policy of immediate open access to published content, supporting the principles of the free flow of scientific information and global exchange of knowledge for the general social advance. Users are free to read, download, copy and distribute the content for educational and scientific purposes with obligatory indication of authorship.
The legal basis for publishing ethics are the next international and national standards:
